If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
Because cleaning is a service, not a physical product, we do not typically offer monetary refunds once the work has been completed. However, if an issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean, partial or full refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
